多态关联无法使用withPivot()添加附加字段，因其无固定中间表；必须通过自定义中间模型（如Imageable）配合belongsToMany关系实现附加字段的存储与访问。
多态关联本身不支持直接在 pivot 表里存附加字段——因为根本没 pivot 表。要加字段，必须用中间模型（Pivot Model）显式建模，否则 attach()、sync() 都会忽略你传的额外数据。
为什么多态关联不能像普通多对多那样用 withPivot()
普通多对多（如 User ↔ Role）依赖固定中间表（role_user），Eloquent 才能通过 withPivot() 映射字段。但多态关联（如 Image ↔ Comment 通过 imageable）底层是靠 imageable_type + imageable_id 两个字段动态指向不同模型，没有固定中间表结构，所以 withPivot() 不生效。
常见错误现象：

$comment->images()->attach($imageId, ['sort_order' => 2])后，sort_order字段为空或报错 - 数据库迁移已加了
sort_order字段，但 Eloquent 查询时查不到该值
必须用中间模型承载附加字段
你需要新建一个模型（比如 Imageable），对应真实存在的中间表（如 imageables），并在其中定义字段和关联。
实操建议：

image_id、imageable_type、imageable_id和你的附加字段（如sort_order、caption） - 定义

attach() 和 sync() 怎么传附加字段才有效
只有中间模型存在且关系走的是 belongsToMany（不是 morphToMany），attach() 和 sync() 才会接受第三个参数（附加字段数组）。

sync()要传关联 ID → 附加字段的映射数组：$comment->images()->sync([$imageId => ['sort_order' => 3]]); - 如果中间表有软删除字段（

查询时怎么拿到附加字段
中间模型存在后，附加字段不会自动挂到主模型上。你要么用 withPivot()（在 belongsToMany 关系里声明），要么直接查中间模型。
推荐方式：

sort_order排序），直接用中间模型查询：Imageable::where('imageable_type', Comment::class)->orderBy('sort_order')->get(); - 不要试图在
morphToMany关系上调用withPivot()—— 它会被静默忽略
最易被忽略的一点：很多人以为只要数据库表里有字段，Eloquent 就能自动识别并写入。实际上，没有中间模型 + 显式关系定义，那些字段就只是“躺在表里”，Laravel 根本不知道它们属于谁。
