要让Stable Diffusion生成一张细节精准、风格统一、不崩形不穿模的汉服模特图，必须避开笼统写“hanfu”或“Chinese dress”这种低效词——模型会随机套用明清戏服、旅游拍照装甚至混搭唐风襦裙与清宫旗装。
核心提示词结构：四层锚定法
第一步：锁定人物基础属性 → 写明性别、年龄、体态、视角、构图比例。例如：1girl, 22 years old, slender but curvy, front-facing, full-body shot, centered composition, studio lighting。漏掉full-body shot会导致模型默认只画上半身，后续加裙摆会强行拉伸变形。
第二步：固化汉服类型与结构 → 必须写出具体形制+关键部件。比如“【齐胸襦裙，交领右衽，宽袖垂至膝下，腰间系双层素色绦带，下裙褶皱自然垂坠】”，不能只写“tang dynasty hanfu”——SDXL对朝代标签识别极弱，且“tang dynasty”常触发袒胸/高腰线等非安全形制。
第三步：注入材质与工艺细节 → 用具象词替代抽象形容词。“soft silk”比“beautiful fabric”有效，“gold-thread embroidery of peony on collar”比“intricate pattern”稳定十倍。若要表现织金效果，必须写brocade with raised gold thread，否则模型默认平涂金色块。
第四步：绑定环境与氛围 → 单独一行写背景，避免和服装词混杂。例如background: misty Jiangnan garden, willow branches, soft bokeh, pale ink wash tone。把背景塞进主提示词里会稀释服装权重，导致衣纹模糊、配色失真。
避坑关键词替换表
方法一：把模糊词换成可渲染的实体描述
“elegant” → 删除，改用standing gracefully with one hand holding sleeve
“traditional” → 删除，改用Ming dynasty style aoqun, stand-up collar, side slits on skirt
“flowing” → 删除，改用long sleeves billowing slightly in breeze, fabric physics visible
方法二：用LORA触发词强化形制可信度
加载<hanfu_v30:0.2></hanfu_v30:0.2>时，必须在正向提示词中加入触发词hanfu_v30，否则LORA不生效。同理，用凤冠霞帔LORA时，【QIEMANCN必须出现在提示词最前端】，权重0.6–0.8之间，低于0.5则头饰细节全丢。
