怎么能行，如果要把网站做成手机网站，得重做样式，或者用一些现成的框架，如jquery mobile
你能做手机站，就能仿手机站，移动端网站了解的不是很多，不过就我所知，移动端的UI设计及前端制作方面和PC端有很大不同。
一般pc的网站是用固定尺寸来写的。 而手机网站是用百分比单位来布局的，才能达到自适应的效果。
现在的一些网站框架如bootstrap 这些，是将几个浏览器的尺寸布局写好了，然后根据浏览器的尺寸来显示
