如改了机器名可以重建EM，其他的一般不需要重建EM，可重新配置 emca重建EM [Oracle@dev ~]$ cd /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/

重建一个EM资料库
emca -repos recreate
删除一个EM资料库
emca -repos drop
创建一个EM资料库
emca -repos create
配置数据库的 Database Control
emca -config dbcontrol db
重新配置EM后端口号可能会改变，注意看命令的提示信息
端口号是根据配置文件来的
/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/sysman/config/emca.properties
DBCONTROL_HTTP_PORT_MIN=5500
DBCONTROL_HTTP_PORT_MAX=5519
DBCONTROL_HTTP_PORT_DEFAULT=1158
配置EM的端口号
emca -reconfig ports -dbcontrol_http_port 1158
配置代理端口号
emca -reconfig ports -agent_port 3938
配置好的文件在
/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/install/portlist.ini
可能你想配的端口号已经分配了，可以看log，他会给你自动分配一个，
（可以删除被占用的目录，未测试）
/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_dev_orcl
/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/dev_orcl
重新配置EM用到的主机名，，是你的主机名对应的域名，在/etc/hosts文件中，靠前的。
