Eclipse+PyDev+Django+Mysql builds Python web development environment
There are many Python web frameworks. The current mainstream ones include Django, Tornado, Web.py, etc. The most popular one is Django, and it is also one of the most promising frameworks. Let’s talk about how to set up a Django development environment.
1. Preparation
Software that needs to be downloaded:
JDK: Official website download address: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk6downloads-1902814.html
Python installation package: I use the python 2.6.6 installation package. The official download address is: http://www.python.org/download/releases/
Eclipse: I use the Eclipse 3.7.2 for java ee developers version. The official download address is:
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/indigo/sr2
Pydev: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pydev/files/
Django: https: //www.djangoproject.com/download/
Mysql: http://www.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/
Mysql-Python: http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs /
2. Configuration process
My environment is win xp, 32-bit system.
1. Install JDK
Choose the appropriate version on the JDK official website http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk6downloads-1902814.html, and pay attention to the difference between 32-bit and 64-bit.
Note that after installing the JDK, you need to configure the environment variables. For details on how to install the JDK, please refer to my previous article
http://www.cnblogs.com/dolphin0520/archive/2012/03/08/2385309.html
2. Install Python
Python currently has version 3.x. Personally, I think it is better to use version 2.6 or 2.7. There are more third-party libraries in version 2.x and they are relatively stable.
After installing Python, you need to configure the environment variables. For specific installation methods, please refer to:
http://www.cnblogs.com/dolphin0520/archive/2013/03/05/2943747.html
3. Install Eclipse
Download the Eclipse installation package, unzip it and use it.
4. Configure Pydev in Eclipse
Pydev is an Eclipse plug-in that allows you to write Python programs in Eclipse. After downloading the Pydev installation package, unzip it and you will see the features and plugins folders. Create a folder Pydev in the Eclipse root directory, put the two unzipped folders into the Pydev folder, and then create a folder named links in the Eclipse root directory (if the links folder exists, there is no need to create it) , create a file pydev.ini in the links folder, open it with Notepad, add path=Pydev, save and close it. Then open Eclipse, select Window -> Preferences -> Pydev-> Interpreter-Python, then select New in the "Python Interpreters" panel on the right, write Python in the "Interpreter Name" of the pop-up dialog box, and enter "Interpreter Executable" Locate the address of python.exe, and then keep selecting "ok":
Here is the method to install Pydev offline. Of course, it can be installed online. Readers can Baidu how to install Pydev online.
5. Install Django
After downloading the Django installation package from the official website https://www.djangoproject.com/download/, unzip it first, then enter the unzipped file directory under cmd and run the command python setup .py install. After the installation is complete, you need to configure the environment variables. Generally, the installed Django is under
Libsite-packages in the Python installation directory, and then add D:Program FilesPython26Libsite-packagesdjangobin; to the system environment variable path (Note that the path value depends on individual installation conditions). After successful addition, close cmd. Restart a cmd and enter the command django-admin.py startproject mysite. If no error is prompted, the installation is successful.
6. Install Mysql
For the specific installation process, please refer to: http://wenku.baidu.com/view/49b110c7bb4cf7ec4afed083.html
7. Install Mysql-Python
Mysql-Python is the interface for Python to connect to Mysql. http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/Download the corresponding installation file. After the installation is complete, open cmd, enter python, then enter import _mysql and import MySQLdb. If no error is prompted, the installation is successful.

PHP is mainly procedural programming, but also supports object-oriented programming (OOP); Python supports a variety of paradigms, including OOP, functional and procedural programming. PHP is suitable for web development, and Python is suitable for a variety of applications such as data analysis and machine learning.

PHP is suitable for web development and rapid prototyping, and Python is suitable for data science and machine learning. 1.PHP is used for dynamic web development, with simple syntax and suitable for rapid development. 2. Python has concise syntax, is suitable for multiple fields, and has a strong library ecosystem.

Python is more suitable for beginners, with a smooth learning curve and concise syntax; JavaScript is suitable for front-end development, with a steep learning curve and flexible syntax. 1. Python syntax is intuitive and suitable for data science and back-end development. 2. JavaScript is flexible and widely used in front-end and server-side programming.

PHP originated in 1994 and was developed by RasmusLerdorf. It was originally used to track website visitors and gradually evolved into a server-side scripting language and was widely used in web development. Python was developed by Guidovan Rossum in the late 1980s and was first released in 1991. It emphasizes code readability and simplicity, and is suitable for scientific computing, data analysis and other fields.

VS Code can run on Windows 8, but the experience may not be great. First make sure the system has been updated to the latest patch, then download the VS Code installation package that matches the system architecture and install it as prompted. After installation, be aware that some extensions may be incompatible with Windows 8 and need to look for alternative extensions or use newer Windows systems in a virtual machine. Install the necessary extensions to check whether they work properly. Although VS Code is feasible on Windows 8, it is recommended to upgrade to a newer Windows system for a better development experience and security.

VS Code can be used to write Python and provides many features that make it an ideal tool for developing Python applications. It allows users to: install Python extensions to get functions such as code completion, syntax highlighting, and debugging. Use the debugger to track code step by step, find and fix errors. Integrate Git for version control. Use code formatting tools to maintain code consistency. Use the Linting tool to spot potential problems ahead of time.

Running Python code in Notepad requires the Python executable and NppExec plug-in to be installed. After installing Python and adding PATH to it, configure the command "python" and the parameter "{CURRENT_DIRECTORY}{FILE_NAME}" in the NppExec plug-in to run Python code in Notepad through the shortcut key "F6".

In VS Code, you can run the program in the terminal through the following steps: Prepare the code and open the integrated terminal to ensure that the code directory is consistent with the terminal working directory. Select the run command according to the programming language (such as Python's python your_file_name.py) to check whether it runs successfully and resolve errors. Use the debugger to improve debugging efficiency.
