phpmailer,发邮件 如何设发送方显示名,发送邮件使用的是exchange的smtp服务器

最近遇到个项目需要进行邮件发送。使用phpmailer发送邮件成功，但是在设置显示名（diplay name）时遇到问题。使用的是 exchange2010 smtp的服务器发送邮件。当我换成163 sina等其他邮件进行发送时，设置的显示名能正常反馈，但是换成exchange的就没有。想问下，这是由于什么原因？
下图1是使用其他账号进行的邮件发送。设置的别名为 Thomas Test
下图2 是使用exchange 邮件账号时发送的邮件。但是无法显示我设置的名称，只显示了exchange管理邮件地址中预设的别名helpdesk
