必须同时关闭IDE自身、插件、VCS后台任务、Git推送失败响应四条路径：Settings→Updates取消自动检查与通知；Plugins和PHP→Composer禁用插件及包更新；Version Control→Git取消auto-update；Background tasks关闭VCS同步；残留横幅需Invalidate Caches and Restart。

关闭 PhpStorm 主程序自动检查更新
只取消 Automatically check for updates 不够：它拦不住你手动点 Help → Check for Updates，也拦不住索引完成时后台偷偷拉取更新状态并弹横幅。
- 路径：
File → Settings（macOS 是PhpStorm → Preferences）→Appearance & Behavior → System Settings → Updates - 必须取消勾选：
Automatically check for updates和Show notification when updates are available - 顺手把
Update channel改成Stable，避免 EAP 版本频繁推送 - 如果已弹过横幅，右键通知栏 →
Don’t show again，否则缓存残留会让它下次启动复现
禁用插件自动更新检查（含 Composer）
ESLint、Prettier、Laravel Plugin、GitToolBox 这类插件的更新提示不走全局设置，各自独立控制；Composer 包检查也得单独关。
- 插件更新：路径
Settings → Plugins，取消勾选Check for updates automatically - Composer 更新：路径
Settings → PHP → Composer，取消勾选Check for available package updates - 已弹出插件横幅？同样右键 →
Don’t show again - （可选）清理插件源：点击右上角 ⚙️ →
Manage Plugin Repositories，移除非官方 URL
关掉 Git 相关的自动更新行为
这类最隐蔽：你 git push 被拒（比如远程有新提交），PhpStorm 默认弹窗问“是否要自动 git pull 再重试”，很多人误以为是系统弹窗。

Settings → Version Control → Git，取消勾选Auto-update if push of the current branch was rejected - 再进
Settings → Version Control → GitToolBox，关闭Auto-fetch和Notify on new commits - 后台 VCS 同步也要关：
Settings → Appearance & Behavior → System Settings → Background tasks，取消勾选Perform update from VCS in background
缓存残留导致横幅复现怎么办
哪怕你四步全关了，只要某次手动点过 Check for Updates 又没升级，PhpStorm 缓存的更新状态可能让横幅在下次启动时原样复现——这不是设置失效，是本地状态没清。
- 临时解法：菜单栏
File → Invalidate Caches and Restart…→ 选Invalidate and Restart - 更彻底：关掉 PhpStorm，手动删掉缓存目录（路径因系统而异，Windows 通常在
%LOCALAPPDATA%\JetBrains\PhpStorm2026.2\cache，macOS 在~/Library/Caches/JetBrains/PhpStorm2026.2） - 注意：删缓存不会丢项目配置或快捷键，但会清空符号索引，首次重启后需短暂重新索引
真正麻烦的是“自动保存”和“自动更新”常被混为一谈——它们是两套完全独立的机制。关更新不影响文件落盘逻辑，而关自动保存又不能防更新横幅。别指望一个开关解决所有弹窗，每个触发源都得亲手掐断。
