想在本地快速跑起 Hermes Agent 智能体，但卡在环境准备和安装环节——Python 版本不对、Git 没装、网络慢到超时、PowerShell 权限报错，这些坑都已被实测验证并绕过，现在只需按顺序执行对应平台的命令即可完成部署。
确认系统与基础工具就绪
Windows 用户必须使用 PowerShell 7 或更高版本（系统自带的 PowerShell 5.1 会因缺少 .NET 6 运行时而失败），macOS/Linux/WSL2 用户需确保 【curl 和 git 命令可直接调用】；若执行 curl --version 报“command not found”，请先安装：macOS 用 brew install curl git，Ubuntu/Debian 执行 sudo apt update && sudo apt install -y curl git。
国内用户无需手动配置全局镜像源——所有一键脚本已内置单项目专属加速，强行执行 git config --global url."https://ghfast.top/".insteadOf "https://github.com/" 会导致其他 GitHub 仓库克隆异常。
Windows 原生 PowerShell 安装（推荐）
右键「开始」→「Windows Terminal（管理员）」→ 新建 PowerShell 标签页，粘贴执行：
irm https://res1.hermesagent.org.cn/install.ps1 | iex
脚本自动完成 Python 3.11、uv、Node.js 22、便携 Git 的静默安装，全程无需手动干预。安装完成后关闭当前窗口，重新打开 PowerShell，输入 hermes --version 验证——若提示“无法识别命令”，说明环境变量未生效，【必须重启 PowerShell 窗口】，不可仅 source 或刷新 profile。
Linux/macOS/WSL2 一键安装
方法一：国内加速（推荐，实测平均耗时 42 秒）

方法二：国际源（适合海外或企业内网用户）
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/NousResearch/hermes-agent/main/scripts/install.sh | bash
安装完成后根据 Shell 类型重载环境变量：Bash 用户执行 source ~/.bashrc，Zsh 用户执行 source ~/.zshrc；这一步漏掉会导致 hermes 命令找不到，【务必执行且不跳过】。
Android Termux 安装路径
第一步：从 F-Droid 安装最新版 Termux（Google Play 版本已废弃，无法运行 Hermes）
第二步：启动 Termux，依次执行：
pkg update && pkg upgrade -y → pkg install curl git -y → curl -fsSL https://res1.hermesagent.org.cn/install.sh | bash
第三步：退出 Termux 再重新打开，直接输入 hermes 即可启动——Termux 不支持 source 命令重载，必须重启会话才能识别新命令。
