win7上wget怎么安装和配置环境变量？？？？？？？？

下载了好多wget，有的全是文件的，也有有文件又有exe文件的，学习网上的安装过程和环境变量的配置。可是在控制台上只有进入该目录才可以使用该命令。php的exec函数更执行不了该命令。怎么了这是？？？？

找到wget的目录，把这个目录加入到PATH中。
在控制台上只有进入该目录才可以使用该命令
说明系统的path没有添加wget目录，一般不是常用也不要添加吧
同时，php要调用的话就要用完整路径了，不然找不到又怎么运行呢？

换了个wget，弄好了。
不要安装在 C:\Program Files 中
卸载后重新安装到 D:\Program Files 或其他非 C 盘的目录中
因为 C:\Program Files 不可以赋予匿名用户完全控制权
