要让Stable Diffusion生成符合出版规范的书籍封面，必须在提示词中明确交代尺寸比例、文字留白区域、视觉主次关系和印刷安全边距等硬性限制，缺一不可，否则AI会把标题文字压进人物发丝或裁掉关键构图。
先锁定封面基础规格
打开WebUI → 点击“txt2img”标签页 → 在右下角“Sampling”区域下方找到“Width”和“Height”输入框 → 输入【1200×1800像素】（竖版封面通用尺寸，宽高比2:3）→ 这个数值不能靠估算，必须手动键入，否则默认512×512会导致文字糊成色块。
勾选“Enable Hires.fix” → 在下方“Upscale by”选择“2” → “Hires steps”设为20 → 这能保留标题文字边缘锐度，不启用时细字体直接融化。
用负向提示词守住安全底线
方法一：在Negative prompt栏粘贴以下内容（逐字复制，标点不可省略）：
text, words, letters, logo, watermark, signature, frame, border, UI, buttons, screenshot, jpeg artifacts, blurry, deformed hands, extra fingers, mutated anatomy, lowres, bad anatomy, bad hands, text error, spelling mistake, unreadable text, overlapping text, cropped text
方法二：若封面需印制实体书，追加三项关键负向指令：
“bleed area, trim marks, crop marks, printer margin” → 这些术语会阻止AI在画面边缘生成不可裁切的图案，【漏掉这串会导致封面四边被印刷厂强制裁掉1cm，标题直接断开】。
正向提示词分层嵌入限制条件
第一步：写核心主体 → 例如“a lone astronaut standing on red Martian dune at sunset, photorealistic, cinematic lighting”
第二步：插入构图锚点 → 在主体描述后紧跟“, centered composition, ample negative space at top and bottom, clear visual hierarchy” → “ample negative space”是出版社硬性要求，确保书名和作者名有足够空白区，AI才不会把标题叠在人物肩膀上。
第三步：绑定文字安全区 → 加入“, book cover layout, title-safe zone preserved, no elements within 150px of top/bottom edges” → 这个150px是经实际印刷测试得出的最小安全距离，小于它，小字号标题在折页时会被压痕遮盖。
第四步：指定风格容器 → 结尾加上“, matte finish, CMYK color profile simulation, halftone texture subtle” → 虽然SD本身不输出CMYK，但加入该短语能显著降低荧光色溢出，避免生成无法印刷的RGB亮青色。
