[PHP]scandir列出路径中的中文名文件和目录时遇到的问题
我正在使用php开发一个项目，有个需求就是要使用scandir列出指定路径中的所有文档。
文档名称全是数字或者英文的时候，返回的数组是符合预期的，文档名称包含中文时，scandir就不返回数组了。
请教一下这个问题出在哪里？
另外求教php的调试工具，第一次使用php开发项目，对php的开发调试不熟悉~

其实一开始我也在尝试转码，只是几次尝试都失败了，以为是别的问题~
后来发现其实是转码的方式不对，读过文档过后释然了~
