F5 按下去没反应？先确认你装的是哪个 Python 扩展
VS Code 默认不带 Python 调试能力，F5 直接报错或灰掉，90% 是因为没装对扩展。必须安装微软官方的 ms-python.python（作者名是 Microsoft），不是 Pylance、不是 Python Docstring Generator、更不是任何叫“Python Lite”“Quick Python”的轻量插件——它们不带 debugpy，F5 就是摆设。
装完必须重启 VS Code，否则状态栏右下角不会出现 Python 解释器路径，F5 依然无效。
- 打开扩展面板（
Ctrl+Shift+X），搜 “Python”，认准作者是Microsoft - 卸载所有名字含 “python” 但作者不是 Microsoft 的插件，尤其警惕“Python for VSCode”“Python Snippets”这类干扰项

按 F5 后卡在 “Starting the Python Debugger…”？检查解释器和 debugpy
解释器选错或环境里缺 debugpy，就会无限转圈。VS Code 默认找系统 PATH 里的 python，但你大概率用的是 venv、conda 或 pyenv 环境——它根本找不到你项目真正依赖的包。
解决方法是手动指定解释器，并确保该环境已安装 debugpy：

launch.json 里 module: "runpy" 导致断点不命中？换 launch 方式
首次 F5 自动生成的 launch.json 默认用 "module": "runpy"，这会导致两种常见失效：
- 顶层代码（比如
if __name__ == "__main__"外的 import 时执行逻辑）无法被断点捕获 - 用
input()时，在 Windows 上会闪退（因"console": "integratedTerminal"不支持阻塞式输入）
推荐改用 "module": "python" + 显式传参，更贴近真实运行行为：

想 Ctrl+F5 直接运行不调试？别动 F5，改用任务配置
F5 是调试专用键，硬要它“运行不调试”会破坏调试链路。正确做法是用 VS Code 的 tasks 机制，把 Ctrl+F5 绑定到一个 shell 命令任务上：

真正容易被忽略的是：不同语言的运行逻辑差异极大。Python 靠解释器路径，Node.js 靠 node 命令，C# 靠 dotnet run ——不要试图用一套 launch.json 通吃所有语言，每个语言的任务或调试配置都得单独维护。
