优势就是号称跨平台。结果除了只用windows的那帮人瞎叫唤跨平台之外，别人都是拿.Net的跨平台当笑话看。 如果把ide看做平台的延伸，那么visual studio，简直就是神器！想象一下，在vs的配合下同样的活你可以比其他用其他平台的团队少请几个人，或者少请几个高手，每个月省下来的成本可以买多少台服务器啊！而现在.net跨平台了部署成本几乎为零。

微软的文档规范，完整，有条理，便于获取 优点很多。
但是有个致命的缺点，被认为逼格很低，至少在国内。再多的优点也弥补补了这个缺点。 能跑在.net上的语言们是除了C++以外，唯一可以跨完所有重要的平台（包括但不限于Windows, Linux, OSX, WP, Android, iOS）的语言们。 用.net的人不能装逼。
