我拼接了一个URL串。然后使用file_get_contents($url)获取信息
结果报错。
但是把这个URL输出来，复制，粘贴进地址栏里面回车出来能正常访问。
已经使用urlencode 无效

打开php.ini找到 ;extension=php_openssl.dll ，去掉双引号";" ，重启web服务器即可。
