求用php打开本地exe文件的方法
需要怎么配置才能用php打开exe文件？
看人家说用exec可以打开，但我试过没用。
只是在本地虚拟php环境上，为了能快速编辑网页文件用。
比如运行php页面，执行d:\green soft\notepad++5.8.4\notepad++.exe打开d:\html\hello.html的操作
