However, when developing in IDEA, when starting the project using port 80, it is found that the port has been occupied. After some attempts, I found a solution and I will share it with you.

2. Solution steps

1. Check the process number PID that occupies port 80 by executing the netstat -ano|findstr "80" command.

2. Since port 80 is occupied by system services, the process cannot be terminated directly. Therefore, use the netsh http show servicestate command to view the current HTTP service status, and the result is as shown in the figure:

As can be seen from the figure, port 80 is occupied by DefaultAppPool. If you have ever used IIS, you should be able to immediately think of the reason;

3. Open the task manager, find the process with PID 4640, right-click and select Go to Service, and view the service to which the process belongs, as shown in the figure:

As can be seen from the figure, the problem lies with the World Wide Web Publishing Service of IIS.

4. In the Control Panel, select the program, then enable or close Windows features, locate the Internet Information Service, and turn it off.
