Finding the Shrine and Starting the Quest

The underwater shrine lies southeast of the Imperial City. Follow the quest marker, diving beneath the lake to find the entrance—a stone door to Vanua.

Exploring the Shrine and Locating the Helm

Inside, you'll encounter easily dispatched skeletons. An Ayleid Cask awaits to your right upon entry. Further exploration reveals a hidden passage (a glowing button opens it).

Beyond a wooden door and a hole in the wall, you'll find Sir Amiel's remains. Searching him initiates the Priory of the Nine quest, and yields valuable items: his journal, ring, and key (crucial for unlocking gates). You'll also find a Knights of the Nine shield and sword. The Helm of the Crusader rests on a pedestal on a raised platform.

Navigating the Lost Catacombs

A western door leads to a hole, a tunnel, and then The Lost Catacombs. Inside, more skeletons guard a chest. A hidden passage leads to a corridor with two doors (one with a chest). A concealed path finally reveals the Helm of the Crusader.
