The Shrine of Namira is situated east of Bruma, slightly north on the map; to the left of the 'B' in 'County Bruma'.

Completing the Namira Quest

Upon reaching the shrine, interact with it to speak with Namira (ensure your Personality is 20 or below). She'll task you with dealing with Arkay priests harassing her followers in a nearby dungeon, providing a crucial spell for the task.

Finding the Anga Ruins

Anga, the target dungeon, lies approximately 300 units south of the shrine, above the 'H' in 'Heartlands' on the map.

Obtaining the Ring of Namira

Within Anga, Arkay priests patrol, their torches warding off Namira's followers. Use Namira's provided spell, "Namira's Shroud," on the priests. Crucially, only use the spell; do not attack. The spell extinguishes their torches, prompting Namira's followers to attack and eliminate the priests. Repeat this for all priests.

Anga, an Ayleid ruin, contains an Ayleid Reliquary chest. Find the button at the dungeon's southern end to reveal the chest room (and some leveled enemies). The chest holds random leveled loot.

After eliminating the priests without direct attack, return to Namira. She'll reward you with Namira's Ring, granting 12% Reflect Damage and 10% Reflect Spell enchantments.
