Call Of Duty: Warzone - Assault Rifle Tier List
Black Ops 6: Warzone Assault Rifle Grading Guide: Best Weapon Choice
Assault rifles are one of the most commonly used weapons choices for players in Call of Duty: Warzone 6 because they are versatile. By default, assault rifles are usually very powerful in mid-range combat and can also be adjusted in the Gunsmith system to excel at melee or long combat.
Because of this, it is difficult to find a truly bad assault rifle. Most assault rifles are fairly effective, even if they are not the best choice. However, some assault rifles do outperform others in terms of effectiveness or versatility, making them a better choice in more cases.
S-class
Assault rifles of this level are either at the best level in their greatest strengths or are good at many aspects, so they can be used in almost any configuration and bring real value.
arms | reason |
---|---|
Kilo 141 | This is one of the most versatile assault rifles in the game. It works in almost any direction and maintains good to excellent performance no matter how you use it. |
CR-56 AMAX | This weapon has great damage potential, but for many configurations it requires proficiency in operation because its recoil is difficult to control. |
Cypher 091 | Cypher is a slower fire rate weapon, with the lowest rate of fire among all weapons. But it has high damage per bullet and is easy to control, which is great for players who don't miss shooting. |
Class A
There is not much difference between Class A and Class S weapons. They are still absolutely great in their ideal situation and will be of great benefit to you in their ideal situation.
arms | reason |
---|---|
AK-74 | The reason why AK-74 is in this level is because the CR-56 AMAX is in the S-class. AK is slightly inferior to AMAX in some categories, but it is a great weapon in its own right and an excellent mid-range option. |
GPR 91 | GPR is very similar to KILO, with its properties slightly deviating from control and turning to handling. It has less damage to the top, but it is still a very easy-to-use gun and is quite flexible. |
AS VAL | The VAL has a very high firing rate, good handling and surprising range. It can be a little hard to control, but if you equip it the right way, it can compete with submachine guns and assault rifles in many cases. |
MCW | MCW sacrifices higher caps in exchange for ease of use, making it a weapon that doesn't always keep pace with the highest damage weapon. But in average competition, it beats opponents simply because it's easier to use than many alternatives. |
Holger 556 | Holger has a slightly higher recoil than average and is not as effective in close combat. But it is one of the best midrange options and has enough impact to prove its place in this rank. |
M13B | The M13B has an above-average rate of fire and is very easy to use. Although the damage per bullet may not be high, there is no shortage of damage per second. |
Krig C | The Krig C has moderate firing rate and some occasional problematic recoil, but it does have slightly above average damage and absolutely above average range. If well equipped, it can be a force. |
Ames 85 | Ames is very similar to Kilo in many ways, with nearly the same benchmark damage, slightly poor recoil but slightly better handling. |
Goblin MK2 | Goblin is good at many aspects, and his only disadvantage is his extremely low firing rate. It's easy to keep targeting, the main concern is vertical recoil and the handling is better than you expected. |
Level B
Class B weapons are slightly lower than Class A weapons, but they can still dominate the right people. They require some centralized attachment tweaks in the Gunsmith system to really work, but they'll be pretty good if built correctly.
arms | reason |
---|---|
XM4 | The XM4 is good in most aspects, but not in any way. It's not a bad gun, but its maximum potential will be surpassed by many other guns. However, it is very easy to make the most of it, making it a reliable intermediate gun. |
Model L | Despite the low rate of fire, this weapon has very high damage per bullet. If you can control it, it can be a pretty powerful option. |
M4 | The real problem with the M4 is horizontal recoil, and if you want to make it easier to control, you need to focus on it in the Gunsmith system. This abandons other advantages that weapons can gain. |
STB 556 | If it weren't for the smooth handling, STB would have ranked much lower on this list. But it is a very flexible weapon that makes up for the slightly mediocre attributes of other departments. |
Tempus Razorback | The Tempus does not damage per bullet, but it has good fire rate and excellent handling. If you can correct horizontal recoil, it could be a pretty good weapon. |
FR Avancer | Avancer is similar to Tempus, but is more extreme in terms of rate of fire and damage. But it is easier to control, but it is slightly less manipulated. |
M16 | As a point shooting weapon, the success of the M16 depends on the player. At its best it has pretty decent damage, handling and recoil control, although it's hard to fight enemies moving horizontally from your side. |
MTZ-556 | This weapon has a good rate of fire, making up for the lack of low damage per bullet. The handling is excellent, and if you can improve your control, it may be a good choice. |
SVA 545 | This weapon fired the first two bullets almost at the same time, and if it weren't, it would have been ranked lower. But if you can maintain your goal, it's the advantage of damage per second, and the control and handling are strong enough, so this shouldn't be too difficult. |
BP50 | This weapon has a high rate of fire and low range, making it essentially an AR/SMG hybrid. You're usually better off choosing one of these, but if you need a multi-purpose weapon, this is not a bad choice. |
FR | This is another point shooting weapon; it can do considerable damage if you can maintain your target, especially at longer-medium distances. The recoil isn't too rough, and it can cause some damage to your enemies by making some gunsmith system tweaks to the recoil and handling. |
C-level
Class C weapons began to drop slightly. They can still be built in a way that makes it effective, but usually, even if it is well built, they will lag behind other similar weapons to some extent.
arms | reason |
---|---|
TAQ-56 | TAQ's damage per bullet is acceptable, but it does not make up for the shortfall of low-fire rate. It's also not particularly easy to control, the only real highlight is the handling. |
Kastov 762 | The Kastov is not too bad in handling, but it doesn't make up for the total damage per second and the lack of recoil control, especially in terms of horizontal recoil. |
TR-76 Geist | Geist's rate of fire is at the low end and damage per bullet is at a medium level. It would rank higher if the recoil is better, but for now, handling is the only highlight. |
Lackmann-556 | There is nothing special about Lachmann, and nothing too bad about it. It is below average in almost every way. |
Kastov-74u | Apart from good handling, this weapon has no advantage, but the only real bad aspect is projectile speed. At close range, it can be used, but outside of close range, it will be a little rough. |
STG44 | It's a fairly average weapon, with impressive handling and recoil reset speeds, but other than that, it doesn't stand out from the competition. |
BAL-27 | BAL is really bad in terms of damage and has many shortcomings in terms of control. The manipulation is OK, but it cannot make up for the rest of the shortcomings. |
RAM-7 | If you can make up for the lack of control, RAM is just below average in terms of damage. It has good handling and is better at close range than anywhere else. |
DG-56 | This weapon is very easy to use, even if it is not very effective. It will be largely outperformed by competitors, but it is consistent and easily available to its maximum value, especially in a closer range. |
Class D
There are not many weapons at this level, but that doesn't mean that no one can successfully use these weapons. However, few people would think that those who use these weapons might be more successful than others.
arms | reason |
---|---|
Chimera | Chimera has no highlights. It has a slightly higher firing rate, but is offset by mediocre damage and poor control. |
M13C | The M13C has poor control power, and the damage or projectile speed is definitely not good. |
Kastov 545 | This is not to say that such a weapon cannot cause stable damage, but that almost all similar choices have advantages over it in some ways. This has good handling, but that's all. |
