Unlocking "The Celeste Three"

Unlike most missions, "The Celeste Three" isn't automatically added to your map. You must first overhear a specific NPC, Moorehouse, discuss the mission. Find him on the steps leading down to NLA's gel layer, below the Commercial District.

To gain Moorehouse's trust, you'll need to prove your combat skills by defeating five Sea Forfexes (locations marked on your map). Afterward, return to Moorehouse. He'll reveal that Briggs, the target, is hiding in Molten Hollow, guarding the remaining white gold.

Interrogation or Execution?

Molten Hollow is populated by high-level enemies, but easily avoidable, especially with a Skell. If you're struggling, utilize a character like Elma with the Shadowrunner ability to bypass them.

Confronting Briggs will lead to a battle. After his defeat, you have a choice: interrogate him to hear his side of the story, or execute him as initially planned. The ultimate outcome is the same, but the immediate consequences differ.

• Interrogation: Briggs reveals he was forced to work for others, protecting their gold while they lived comfortably. He provides his key to the vault.
• Execution: Skip the dialogue, take his key, and proceed to the vault, only to discover four keys are needed.

Regardless of your choice, you'll acquire three keys and complete the mission, receiving 210 EXP, Candela Series, and Human-Made Skell holofigures. However, the vault remains locked; the final key is obtained in the subsequent "Gold Rush" mission.
