Use the resulting air currents and balloons to reach the crystal atop the mast.

2. Maze Craze:

• Location: Underwater, to the right of the Kelp Maze fast travel point. Alternatively, swim southeast from the dock south of Gemstone Mountain. Requires the Bog Star Fragment (obtained during the Nature Preserve quest).
