During your time playing Palworld, you will spend a significant portion of your time collecting resources and materials to upgrade your gear and improve your base, enhancing both your equipment and the productivity of your structures. Thankfully, you're not alone in this; your pals are there to help with various tasks around your base and as you explore the open world.

Although pals are useful, there are times when you'll need to venture out into the world to gather certain materials yourself. In some cases, you'll need specific tools to collect raw materials, such as certain ores. This is where the Pal Metal Axe becomes essential.

How To Get The Pal Metal Axe

The Pal Metal Axe is the highest-tier axe in Palworld and a valuable tool for players at higher levels, especially those playing on Feybreak Island. If you're ready to craft one, here's how you can obtain it.

First, like any other tool, you’ll need to unlock the Pal Metal Axe recipe from the Technology menu. To do so, you’ll need to level up your character to level 44.

Once you reach this level, the recipe will become available, and you can use your Technology points to unlock it. Afterward, you can craft the axe at the Weapon Assembly Line 2.

If you don't already have this production structure at your base, you can unlock it at level 47 in the Technology menu. Building the Weapon Assembly Line 2 requires 30 Nails, 100 Refined Ingots, and 10 Circuit Boards.

Keep in mind that these types of buildings require power to operate, so you'll need to have at least one Power Generator active at your base.

The Power Generator is unlocked at level 26 in the Technology menu and requires 50 Ingots and 20 Electric Organs to build.

Additionally, you'll need an Electric Pal summoned to your base and assigned to the generator to provide power.

Once the Weapon Assembly Line 2 is up and running, simply approach it, interact with it, and select the Pal Metal Axe recipe to craft it. The materials needed for the craft are:
