While getting more value can be a natural step in building your hospital, there are a few tricks to increasing it faster. Simply getting fancier equipment won't cut it, as there are more things in play when it comes to getting your stocks higher.

What Is Hospital Value?

Hospital value is the total value of your hospital, as you could already guess. This includes not only the total amount of money you spent on it, but also how profitable it currently is. You can check your current value anytime by pressing 4 on your keyboard.

If you earn more money from healing your patients than you lose from monthly expenses (salaries, new rooms and new items), your hospital value goes up. This helps not only with Star Objectives, but also with occasional challenges you may get.

Money spent on rooms, decoration and equipment is added to your value, as well as your current Cash. Having too many expenses and being in the red will decrease the hospital's value.

How To Raise Hospital Value

Hospital value is increased by profiting in general, but other practices will also impact it as you build your hospital.

Expand Your Hospital

The more rooms there are in your hospital, the higher its value will be. Buy as many plots as you can and build as many rooms as possible whenever you have the money. But it doesn't stop there, as you need to decorate the rooms and the halls appropriately, or you won't see an increase in value.

Adding upgrades to your existing rooms is also helpful, as it leads both to a direct increase in value and to better treatment, which leads to profitability (and more value).

As you expand, you'll need some new members for your team, but you'll need to be picky about these.

Hire The Correct Staff

Decorate Better

Simply having rooms isn't enough. You need to decorate them properly to see some significant value increase. Aim for items with high Prestige and Attractiveness and fill your rooms with them. The same can be said for Halls, so avoid leaving big empty spaces in your hospital.

Some items are small but have a huge Prestige/Attractiveness value, and others are the complete opposite. Keep your eyes open to those and replace them as needed.

Build Research Rooms

Research Rooms will have a significant impact on your value, so building a few of them can be the key to increasing it. As these doctors won't be directly healing patients, make sure you already have enough rooms to fulfill any requirements your patients may have.
