中文Access2000速成教程--1.2 使用“数据库向导”创建表


中文Access 2000提供了两种创建表的方法:创建用于输入数据的“空表”;使用其他数据源中已有的数据来创建表。使用“数据库向导”即可在建立数据库的操作中创建该数据库所需的全部表、窗体及报表。也许您会想到这与使用中文Visual FoxPro 6中的“项目管理器”相类似,其实它们的功能差别还是很明显的,这里的“数据库向导”能创建新的数据库,但不能将新表、窗体或报表添加到已有的数据库中。那么,上一节操作结束后就应该建立好了数据库中的各种表,只是各表中没有任何记录,如单击“主切换面板”中的“输入/查看客户”按钮(参见图7),屏幕上就将显示“客户”表,以及表中的记录,而且图8表明此时该表中没有任何数据记录。

在“客户”表中,中文Access 2000的“数据库向导”已经建立好了所需要的字段,并且允许您此后为这些字段输入记录,如果需要的话还能增加新的字段,删除多余的字段。


其实,图8所示的“客户”窗口是一个中文Access 2000专用于输入与浏览数据记录的窗口,本章下面将讲述专用于输入数据记录的操作与窗口,请按下列步骤进行操作:

步骤一、将“员工工时与工资”数据库窗口置为当前窗体(单击它,或者按下键盘上的F11功能键即可),然后打开列表中的“对象”组,参见图9。

注:“员工工时与工资”数据库窗口提供了一个工具栏,从中可以选择使用“设计”视图(参阅后面的内容),以及列表的方式。各列表方式与其它的Windows应用程序相同,它们是:“图标”与“列表”等。

步骤二、在分组列表中选定“表”后,连击右旁表列表框中的“客户”项,如图10所示。

步骤三、在“客户表”中输入数据记录。

由于在前面的输入/浏览窗口中已经输入了一行记录,所以进入“客户表”后将会看到一行已经存在的记录,此时可从“公司名称”列开始输入第二行记录,参见图11,“客户ID”字段表示的是编号,中文Access 2000能自动给出,您就不用管它了,但如果需要的话也可以输入一个特定的编号。

注:若想修改表中的字段结构,去掉一些多余的字段,加入一些需要的字段后,再输入数据记录,可参阅后面的内容
