项目背景及需求
多喜爱已有鼎捷易拓、丽晶POS、百胜电商以及BMP IT系统,为企业建立了标准化的管理体系和业务运作流程。而当信息系统初具规模后,零售门店的销售数据每天都在源源不断地汇聚到总部。如何让越多越数据成为企业资产,如何让企业借助这些数据资产实时了解运营的关键信息,让领导在数据背后看到危机与机遇,成为当前处于信息化前沿的零售企业普遍关注的焦点。
但ERP系统本身是面向事务处理型的系统,而非数据分析型。多喜爱基础信息化建设已相对完善,但数据分析的手段依然滞后,并存在诸多不便:
1、当前运行的系统较多,且涉及多种数据类型和多个数据来源,各业务部门数据统计口径标准也很难统一,直接影响到基础数据管理、报表输出及数据分析。
2、业务部门报表需求较复杂,现有应用系统无法满足报表需求,只能通过数据导出后,使用EXCEL手工制作,效率低且展现形式单一,提供给决策者的信息量不全面。
3、因采取手工操作方式且没有统一的平台,无法实现数据安全管理和数据访问权限的控制.

因此多喜爱希望通过借助BI系统,统一各业务应用系统数据,实现销售、终端零售、加盟销售、产品、客户、成本、库存、新店开业、资产负债、损益、费用等业务主题的数据挖掘,实现多点多向的数据分析应用和业务预警。
信息部门的积极引导
多喜爱信息部从12年开始关注为业务管理层和公司领导提供数据分析服务的BI应用,持续不断地为公司业务部门引导BI数据分析的思路,推动业务人员借助信息化提高办公效率的意识。
而针对产品的选型,多喜爱也定位明确,为了满足多系统平台的整合分析及未来的长期应用,BI软件必须集数据仓库、多维建模及前台展示于一体,“我们肯定不是要购买一套报表系统,来取代EXCEL。”针对目前信息化选型中常见的“评分表”,多喜爱也表达了自己的观点:“让项目所有的参与者都来评分,这对于负责选型的IT部门来说,是一种最省事的方式。因为它充分体现了公开、开平、公正。但其实评分是很虚的,是一种不负责任的方式:。首先评分的项目设置很难,权重也不好定义,其次,参与打分的人员也未必对项目涉及的内容有充分了解,最后完全有可能仅根据自己的好恶随意的给出一个分数。”
