在EBS中，fnd_new_messages是用来存储message信息，几乎EBS中所有的错误，提示信息都存储在这个表里。
fnd_log_messages是用来存储fnd及其它模块的日志信息
两个表名有些类似，但用途完全不同，但有人有时会搞混了，本来要truncate fnd_log_messages,结果把fnd_new_messages给truncate掉了,导致message丢失，所有OAF页面和FORM的message都提示找不到message了。
处理方法有两个
1.FNDLOAD把所有的message文件手工Load到数据库
