mysql从5.1.6开始新增一个 事件(Event)的东西貌似可以满足你的需求
但不建议你这样做，第一配置较复杂，第二维护起来很麻烦。
既然是网站后台完全自己写一个定时任务每日去重置字段就可以啦
SpringFramework里面自带的qurtz可以很方便的执行定时任务
