php查询出来的数据是乱码的解决方法

只要在PHP的最上面增加一段

<meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html; charset=utf-8' />

<meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html'; charset='utf-8' />

将上面这段话增加到就可以不乱码了。
