mysql-String+Hibernate配置数据源超过最开练剑数

String+Hibernate+struts的架构
报错信息是超过连接数，并且进mysql报错1203。
解决办法由一个修改mysql的最大连接数为0，就是不限制。但是我是生产环境，空间商有限制，mysql最大连接数为100.。请大神看下是否配置可以修改。
