git - sublime python控制台乱码，安装目录部分文件名也都乱码？

菜单里的设置和状态栏右边的编码
都修改了utf-8了，操作系统的编码也是utf-8

请问该怎么修复啊？

试试从package controll安装ConvertToUTF8。
