    $tagList = array("Cat", "Dog", "Horse", "Dog");
    $count = array();
    foreach ($tagList as $tVal) {
        if (!isset($count[$tVal])) {
            $count[$tVal] = 1;
        } else {
            $count[$tVal]++;
        }

    }
