wampserver安装完成后图标一直是黄色的，始终不能变绿，而且localhost文件链接不上。

显示黄色可能是端口被占用，改端口试试
1.左键-Apache-server administration-install server
2.左键-Tools-Port used by apache下面的那两个命令测试下
应该是80端口被占用，改成8080
目前答案全错。真正的解决方法应该是去tail日志。windows有tail工具，要去csdn下载。
卸载了重新安装啊
先装IIS
在装wampserver
屡试不爽
确保wampserver启动后是绿色的哦
