火车票余票接口API使用方法
之前有很多人和我要火车票余票接口的api，铁道部频繁升级程序，导致余票的数据一直失败，参看文章： 快春运了，做个火车余票查询接口，余票来源12306，图是百度地图， 这个虽然叫做火车余票接口，但是我要说的是非常抱歉目前这个接口还是没有获取到余票数据

这个虽然叫做火车余票接口，但是我要说的是非常抱歉目前这个接口还是没有获取到余票数据，不过这个接口可以获取到一些常规的火车信息（详见下面说明）

支持POST/GET方式提交数据，返回JSON格式数据。另外请保持参数UTF8格式

act，是查询类型，remain表示为余票查询类型
