joomla!是什么？
Joomla!是一套自由、开放源代码的内容管理系统，以 PHP 撰写，用于发布内容在万维网与内部网，通常被用来搭建商业网站、个人部落格、资讯管理系统、Web 服务等，还可以进行二次开发以扩充使用范围。
Joomla!是一套全球知名的内容管理系统，是使用PHP语言加上MySQL数据库所开发的软件系统 。可以在Linux、 Windows、MacOSX等各种不同的平台上执行。
目前是由Open Source Matters（见扩展阅读）这个开放源码组织进行开发与支持，这个组织的成员来自全世界各地，小组成员约有150人，包含了开发者、设计者、系统管理者、文件撰写者，以及超过2万名的参与会员。
自2012年颁奖典礼开始以来，Joomla连续多年成为CMS评奖的冠军。继2015、2016、2017、2018年在全球CMS评测中，它再次获得“最佳开源CMS”奖!
系统介绍
Joomla实际有两个开源的东西：
1、Joomla内容管理系统即JoomlaCMS（Content Management System, CMS）。它是网站的一个基础管理平台。几乎适合从个人网站到各种企业网站、分类信息系统、电商销售类型的各类网站，在国内也有诸多资源提供Joomla免费下载。
2、Joomla Platform（Joomla框架）。理论上来说它几乎无所不能，除了网站，还可以进行广泛的web开发、手机应用开发等等。
Joomla! 名称的由来
Joomla! 这个单字来自斯瓦希里语的英文串法，意思是“all together”或“as a whole”。
它不单纯只代表内容管理系统，而是一个品牌名称。除了 Joomla!CMS 以外，另外还有 Joomla!Platform 与 Joomla!Framework 等相关的开源 Web 框架专案正在进行中。
可以用Joomla做什么
使用Joomla！可以轻松创建和添加菜单，也可以通过创建/添加菜单等自由设置内容的类别和位置，并且可以在浏览器上浏览，Joomla！具有创建标准电子邮件表单的功能，如果是企业的网站，可以提出一个查询表格/信息申请表，接受客户的询问，由于可以创建多个邮件表单，因此可以使用诸如按部门，分支机构管理邮件表单。
