明年初将发布第三版通用公共许可证最终草案_MySQL

但是，负责编写许可证的理查德丰塔纳及其他代理人在旧金山市召开的开源商业大会上承认在开源社区采用目前的第三版通用公共许可证草案之前，还需要再对它进行重要的 解释。
丰塔纳是软件自由法律中心（Software Freedom Law Center）的代理人。他在第三版通用公共许可证编写组代理人小组会议上说，目前的第三版通用公共许可证草案中的某些措辞还存在有意地含糊其词问题。这就是为什么现在会把许可证公诸于众，接受大众的检查，以及还不适于付诸使用的原因。
