Workaround
It's not set specifically anywhere, that's why you can't find it. This causes a mismatch between the old text rendering code and the new shaping code. This issue should be resolved by 2.4.0 when we move entirely to the new text rendering.
If you look at the source code you will see that the TextDPI
internal constant is set to 78
but the shaper is 72DPI.
