If the current timestamp is equal to the last generated timestamp, it means that multiple IDs were generated in the same millisecond. At this time, the sequence needs to be incremented. If the sequence reaches the maximum value, you need to wait until the next millisecond. If the current timestamp is greater than the last generated timestamp, it means that it has entered the next millisecond. At this time, the sequence needs to be reset to 0 and lastTimestamp updated. Finally, a unique ID is generated based on the timestamp, workerId, and sequence.

In this example, we set workerId=1 to generate a unique ID. You can use different workerIds according to the actual situation.
