Installation of eclipse plug-in css and xml under linux
I have always used eclipse. Once I get used to it, I don’t want to change it. The css under eclipse is opened as a text file. There is no code highlighting and no code completion. It looks very unpleasant and is not conducive to our development. Today I will introduce the installation of css plug-in and xml installation under eclipse. I wanted to use the software updates that come with eclipse.... to install these plug-ins, but none of them work. The manual installation process is as follows.
1. Installation of css plug-in
1, wget http://sourceforge.net/projects/csseditor/files/csseditor/0.0.5/net.sourceforge.csseditor_0.0.5.zip/download
unzip net .sourceforge.csseditor_0.0.5.zip
cp ./plugins/* /usr/share/eclipse/plugins/
2, start eclipse, if you have already opened eclipse, turn it off and restart it
3, window > Perferences > General > Editors > File Associations You will find that the first line of the upper box displays .css, and the lower box displays css editor. Just select and click OK.
4. In order to prevent accidents, it is recommended to restart.
5, automatic completion ctrl+alt+/prompt completion alt+/
css editor
Second, installation of xml plug-in
plug-in download address
http://www.9iv .com/down/controls/downlist.aspx?id=3542
The installation method is the same as the root css plug-in. As long as the file is copied correctly, there will be no problem
The plug-in for developing JS and the css plug-in are installed. XML plug-ins and web development tools are basically all available.
