Make a Java video player

1. Project preparation

First you need to download and install the VLC player, and then download the vlcj external library.

Download the slf4j-api-1.7.13.jar and slf4j- nop-1.7.13.jar in slf4j

The two files libvlc.dll and libvlccore.dll in the vlc installation directory and Copy the plugins to the corresponding java project directory
