在教务系统开发中，常需批量录入学生形成性评价（CA1–CA4）与终结性考试（Exam）成绩。但业务逻辑要求：若某生所有成绩项之和为 0（如全部未考、缺考标记为 0 或默认填 0），则不应写入数据库，避免污染成绩表、干扰统计分析。原始代码将 if ($total > 0) 判断置于 foreach 外部，且错误复用了 $array 变量（导致仅校验最后一个学生的总分），同时存在字段名硬编码错误（如 ca2/ca3 等均误写为 ca1），必须重构。
正确做法是：在遍历每位学生时，独立获取其各项成绩、实时求和、单独判断、按需插入。以下是优化后的控制器逻辑（已修正字段名、增强健壮性并添加类型安全处理）：
