你可以用 OmitThisParameter<EventHandler> 得到：

注意事项
OmitThisParameter 是浅层操作，只处理最外层函数类型的 this。如果函数返回另一个带 this 的函数，内部的 this 不会被移除。
它不会影响运行时行为——只是类型层面的转换。实际调用时是否报错仍取决于 JavaScript 的 this 绑定规则和你的调用方式。
不能用于移除箭头函数的 this（因为箭头函数没有自己的 this，也无法显式声明 this 参数）。
