TP6中应安装intervention/image而非废弃的think-image；需启用GD/Imagick扩展，用fit()居中裁剪、resize()等比缩放，注意字体路径、权限及WebP兼容性。
tp6 里用 composer 安装 image 类库，别直接敲 composer require topthink/think-image
这个包早已废弃，topthink/think-image 在 ThinkPHP 6 中不再维护，强行安装会报 Package topthink/think-image has a PHP requirement incompatible with your PHP version 或直接拉取到空仓库。TP6 默认使用 league/glide + intervention/image 组合做图片处理，官方推荐路径是：先装 intervention/image，再按需封装水印/裁剪逻辑。
- PHP 7.4+ 项目，执行：
composer require intervention/image - 确保 GD 或 Imagick 扩展已启用（
php -m | grep -i gd或imagick） - 如果提示
ext-gd not found，Ubuntu 系统补装：sudo apt install php-gd；CentOS：yum install php-gd - Windows 下需在
php.ini中取消extension=gd前的分号
用 Intervention Image 实现 TP6 水印（文字+图片），注意字体路径和编码
Intervention 的 text() 方法不支持中文路径或 UTF-8 字体文件名，直接传中文路径会报 Could not read font file。解决方式不是改字体名，而是用 realpath() + iconv()（Windows）或统一转为绝对路径。
- 把字体文件放
public/static/font/simhei.ttf，在控制器中这样写：$image = Image::make($path);<br>$image->text('测试水印', 100, 100, function ($font) {<br> $fontFile = public_path('static/font/simhei.ttf');<br> $font->file(realpath($fontFile));<br> $font->size(24);<br> $font->color([255, 255, 255, 0.5]);<br> $font->align('center');<br> $font->valign('bottom');<br>}); - Linux/macOS 一般没问题；Windows 下若仍报错，尝试：
iconv('UTF-8', 'GBK', realpath($fontFile)) - 图片水印建议用
insert()，注意坐标单位是像素，不是百分比：$image->insert($watermarkPath, 'bottom-right', 20, 20)
TP6 裁剪图片时宽高比失真？用 fit() 还是 resize() 得看需求
resize() 是暴力拉伸，会变形；fit() 是等比缩放+居中裁剪，适合头像类固定尺寸输出；但如果你需要保留原图比例并加白边（比如生成海报），就得手动 pad。
- 头像裁剪（强制 200×200，居中切）：
$image->fit(200, 200) - 等比缩放至宽度 800（高度自适应）：
$image->resize(800, null, function ($constraint) { $constraint->aspectRatio(); }) - 等比缩放到最大边 ≤ 1000，再居中 pad 白底：
$image->resize(null, 1000, function ($c) { $c->aspectRatio(); });<br>$image->pad(1000, 1000, '#ffffff', 'center'); - 所有操作后记得保存：
$image->save($destPath)，否则无效果
生产环境图片处理失败，先查 GD/Imagick 和临时目录权限
本地跑通、上线就 500 或空白响应，90% 是扩展没开或 storage 目录不可写。TP6 的 Image 类本身不报具体错误，得靠日志和手动调试。
- 在控制器开头加：
dd(extension_loaded('gd'), extension_loaded('imagick'));确认扩展加载成功 - 检查
runtime/image（或你指定的缓存路径）是否可写：ls -ld runtime/image，必要时chmod -R 755 runtime - GD 不支持 WebP 输入？报
Unsupported image type就说明当前 GD 版本太低，升级 GD 或换 Imagick：composer require intervention/image --with-ext-imagick - 大图处理内存溢出？在操作前加：
ini_set('memory_limit', '256M');，但更稳妥的是限制上传尺寸（前端+后端双重校验）
runtime/image 权限被忽略——这些点不提前验证，debug 时容易绕远路。
