两台linux服务器下配置的ftp关于图片上传的问题

现在我有两台服务器，一台是php上传图片的 网站服务器，另外一台是类似于图片服务器的服务器配置了vsftp服务器本地用ftp软件是可以连接上获取目录的，两台都配置好了，只有用php中自带的函数$this->conn_id = ftp_connect($FTP_HOST,$FTP_PORT) or die("FTP服务器连接失败");ftp_login($this->conn_id,$FTP_USER,$FTP_PASS) or die("FTP服务器登陆失败");
ftp_pasv($this->conn_id,1); // 打开被动模拟
可是 走道 ftp_connect();就停到了 ，一直不走了也不报错，连接不到服务器，那位高手能不能帮忙解决一下，急用！！！！！
端口21 开启了 不知道什么原因了，各位大虾 江湖救急啊

非 windows 下 php 是不默认加载 ftp 支持的
你需要在编译 php 时加入 ftp 选项
请确认 ftp 扩展已加载

我猜是被动主动问题...先把各种防火墙之类的关闭了.
