多维数组的排序!!

像这样的代码,怎么用多维数组正确排序??求教

没看到有数组,建立整理一下。
唯一可排序的就是href值,估计要用 preg_match_all 用子组方式匹配,排序,然后再重新组织输出
按照“章”元数据化。
如果按照章节排序,建议弄个标示符,再进行排序。
