工作两年了，php程序员，可是工资一直都不高，我该怎么办呢，

不高是多高?
首先你得知道php在你们那个地方是个什么水平
其次你得知道自己的php是个什么水平
最后你得知道php开发部门在你们公司是处于一个什么水平
我们永远都不会满足自己的薪水,除非那已经不是薪水。
到年底了。 各种抱怨。有经验的高手来回答吧。。
看公司对你得态度如何，如果没什么留恋的，go……

你的“高”是怎么定义的？5位数？
而且这个收入跟当地的情况是挂钩的，比如你5000块可以在一些三线城市过得很滋润；但在上海深圳这些沿海城市可能也就刚够温饱
如果觉得实在不行就跳吧，人生不能在一个坑里陷一辈子

新浪 腾讯 SOHU工资不算很高。尤其是普通程序员
找到合适的公司就能拿到性价比较高的薪水,

楼主很悲剧，我今年毕业，工作从3月份开始的，现在升两个级别了，高级程序员，Java。
我觉得工资长得快 要有两个方面：
1 个人专业技术能力
2 认真、负责任
3 还要有一点管理能力
4 会表达自己
情何以堪啊。。。。?丝了。。。
