这是个php实现的websocket服务器端

简单点，客户端定时向服务器发消息。心跳就好。没必要长轮询，内部用。
ajax比推送要好得多,你可以试试看
一般的用 ajax 轮询就可以了
感觉速度慢的话，请检查你的算法是否合适（轮询频率太高、每轮重复计算太多等）
服务器推是需要客户端和服务端都有相应的技术支持
基于 http 协议的服务器推，只有 netscape 浏览器支持，不过该款浏览器照旧退出历史舞台了
基于 websock 协议的服务器推，客户端是支持 HTML5 的浏览器，服务端一般为 Node.js
php 并没有相关的组件，如果用代码实现的话，并没有实用价值
再说，目前随着 HTML5 浏览器的升级。可在网上搜索到的示例代码，无一例外的都不能正常工作
