一个站点主要是提供附件下载的资源站，下载附件的时候有时候可以，有时候不可能
看了一下，下载不成功的时候，页面返回，ERROR_INTERNET_CONNECTION_RESET
是什么原因呢

返回ERROR_INTERNET_CONNECTION_RESET
刚才网查了一下，是不是需要配置apache的keep-alive这个属性呢

先打开，然后while循环读取文件进行下载
