我想开发一个基于web中小型企业的员工管理系统？用PHP写，但是我的编程工具用什么啊？
我之前没接触过PHP，有一些c++和java基础。
我的开发环境是AppServ（就是MysQL + APACHE +PHP）
但是我的编写工具用什么啊，我之前自学了一些dreamweaver ,我就想用dreamweaver cs5写，但是都说dreamweaver cs5是编写静态的，我是需要编写一些基本的企业员工信息管理啊，能实现吗？
如果不能实习，那用EPP好还是zend，请问他们的免费版下载地址是什么？

Eclipse 安装一个php插件就可以啊，按你的需求，你可以下载一个开源的CMS什么的，数据库之类的都封装好了，你用着还方便
建议用editplus3.0 ,sublime text2也可以考虑，主要是小巧，实用，比ZendStudio好用多了
