PHP配置问题
我用phpinfo（）函数查看php的配置环境，关于配置文件（php.ini）的目录提示如下：
Configuration File (php.ini) Path C:\WINDOWS
Loaded Configuration File C:\\PHP\php.ini
请问下各位，我不太理解的是为什么配置文件的路径是C:\Windows，但是加载的配置文件却是C:\PHP\目录下的配置文件，难道不需要设置配置文件路径，默认在PHP的程序目录下查找吗？

优先级的问题吧，先看windows有没有，找不到就读配置文件中的路径
这个没什么问题，默认的C:\Windows，但是Windows下没有php.ini配置文件，随后检索自身文件目录，发现在自己目录里面有一个php.ini的配置文件，然后载入它。
如果你觉得这样不好，可以直接剪切，然后粘帖到C:\windows里面，这样载入就是C:\Windows\php,ini

把php.ini复制到windows下
对于 windows 系统
Configuration File (php.ini) Path C:\WINDOWS
表示的是默认加载 php.ini 的位置
Loaded Configuration File C:\PHP\php.ini
表示的是实际加载 php.ini 的位置
既然不是默认的位置，那么当然是需要指定的
