不同框架目录结构都不一样的,如果是主流框架你google下就知道了,自已写的框架只能看名字猜,然后读代码,不过一般都是mvc这种
从字面理解去猜测:
install是安装网站用的,一般是一些初始化操作
statics应该是一些静态文件?
system是项目的程序文件也可能是后台管理系统

楼主装的是什么程序。目录都是PHP程序开发者自己设定的。
install 一般都是用来给用户傻瓜式安装用的。直接输入网址 /install访问自动安装
statics 主要放静态资源,比如图片 js脚本等
system 这个应该是放PHP管理程序,包括公用目录库。
看这样的结构,这个程序有点像帝国CMS。所有的php程序都在system,全站静态化?
